People use the Grouping column in a lot of different ways - movements within a classical composition were the intended use, but are probably not the most common. There’s some very helpful explanations on the Guidelines for submissions page, and I really wish iTunes had a link to it! (Too bad, because it looks like it would help quite a bit!)
